A FATAL accident in Wallan last Wednesday morning is continuing to be investigated by Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives.
Investigators have been told a man was seen near a vehicle parked on the side of the Hume Freeway in the early hours of June 17.
Police were called to the location about 2.15am after the 26-year-old Craigieburn man had been located deceased on the roadway.

At this stage investigators believe another vehicle may have been involved but none was located at the scene.
