WEAR something blue this Do it for Dolly Day and join staff at Nutrien Kilmore for lunch to support a great cause on Friday, May 9.
Nutrien Kilmore Employee Georgia Beauchamp said nationwide, Nutrien Ag Solutions are a proud partner and supporter of the Do it for Dolly foundation.
“We are all super passionate about the campaign,” she said.
“When you join us and go blue this Do it for Dolly Day, you help spark conversations and speak up for those who can’t. Because we know bullying devastates lives, families, and communities.”
All proceeds raised will go towards helping Dolly’s Dream Campaign created by Kate and Tick Everett after the shattering loss of their 14-year-old daughter, Dolly, to suicide after being relentlessly bullied in person and online.
Under the auspices of the Allanah and Madeline Foundation, children, families, and communities are able to access free professional counselling with a 24/7 telephone support line dedicated to providing resources and support to young people in crisis.
Once again, the passionate staff at Nutrien are raising funds and awareness for the Do it for Dolly Campaign by hosting a delicious sausage sizzle between 11am and 2pm at Nutrien Harcourts, 116 Powlett Street, Kilmore on Friday, May 9.
Dolly’s favourite colour was blue, and everyone is encouraged to show solidarity against bullying by waving a blue flag, sporting a blue tie, a blue hat, or even blue boots.
Sausages are just $3 each, and cans of soft drink are $2 each, and in between, there is a hearty meat tray to win with the winner drawn at 1.30pm. Raffle tickets are $2 each or three for $5 and already available to purchase from Nutrien in Kilmore.
