INGENIA Lifestyle had a successful grand opening of its new clubhouse in Beveridge on Saturday morning, which promises to enhance the experience for residents with plenty of activities.
The launch event allowed residents to see the completed clubhouse for the first time, with plenty of free activities for families throughout the day, including life music, cooked toasties and pizza, and the chance to explore the new facilities.
For the kids, a theatre precinct was playing movies to watch, while a new swimming pool was also shown to residents for the first time, complete with spa and sauna.
The clubhouse also featured a library, bar and kitchen, with billiards tables and dart boards also part of the experience.
Outside, a new barbecue area, pickleball court and mini-golf precinct take centre stage, while the resort-style clubhouse was also captured with an outdoor dining area.
