THE Seymour Racing Club (SRC) continues to enhance its offerings with a refurbishment of its function and convention centre, the Bar Landy Restaurant.
The upgrades were funded through the Victorian Racing Industry Fund (VRIF), thanks to the support of Racing Victoria and the Victorian Government, alongside the backing of the Victorian Minister for Racing, Anthony Carbines.
Through the VRIF, the Bar Landy Restaurant has received new cabinetry, replacement flooring, freshly painted walls, refreshed ceiling tiles, new tables and chairs, and extensive associated works.
SRC Chief Executive Chris Martin said the work had created a more inviting function space for the benefit of the broader community.
“While our function space, the Bar Landy, is jam-packed on race days, it also doubles as a fantastic venue for private and corporate functions,” Mr Martin said.
