Investigations are continuing into a series of thefts and burglaries that occurred in the Mitchell Shire earlier this month.

The first theft occurred between August 3 and August 10 when a John Deere tractor was stolen from a property in Bylands.

Between 5.30pm August 14 and 11am August 15, unknown offenders smashed a window to gain access to a property on Parry Street, Seymour.

On August 14 at approximately 2.30pm, an unknown male offender entered Seymour’s BWS and placed a bottle of whisky under his jumper and left.

On August 16 between 4.30am and 7.30am, unknown offenders stole an excavator and skid steer from a property on Mcivors Road, Kilmore.

Between August 16 and August 17, unknown offenders entered a property in Maidenhair Drive, Wallan, by damaging the front door before taking tools and paint supplies.

On August 17, unknown offenders stole a red Toyota Landcruiser from Mt Disappointment, State Forest Road, Clonbinane.
