THE Wallan Kilmore Homing Club (WKHC) took its pigeons up to Broken Hill on Saturday and came home with 66 placings from 287 birds in the S Prior Cup.
With an average distance of 660km in a NNE wind, the flyers did very well with Jamie’s Loft (J. Kotveski) securing a club best eighth-place finish.
A Cocks and Family placed not far behind in 14th and 19th and Jersy Grzegorzek followed in 20th.

In the club race, the WKHC headed to Inglewood where A Cocks and Family took out the 135km race.
Jerzy Grzegorzek was second and Thomas Punzalan third.
