Lancefield’s A Grade netballers had a difficult day against Woodend-Hesket on Saturday, going down 21-68. The club’s B and C Grade sides had better luck however, winning 30-27 and 31-19 respectively. Wallan’s A Grade side had a memorable one-goal win against Riddell, 35-34, while Romsey’s A Grade side was no match for Western Rams in a 34-56 loss. Romsey’s B and C Grade sides were defeated 26-33 and 17-45 respectively, while Wallan’s B and C Grade teams were also defeated, 27-40 and 21-31.
