Construction of a new shopping centre in Kalkallo is set to start in late 2021.
Kallo Shopping Centre is set to become a welcome addition to Stockland Cloverton neighbourhood.
The centre will feature a large state-of-the-art Woolworths supermarket with drive-through click and collect, BWS Liquor store, pharmacy, convenience store, food and drink outlets, complete with indoor and outdoor dining facilities, and a petrol station.
As well as the retail offerings, the centre will become a community hub featuring medical centre office spaces, gym, and a Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Centre, which will occupy a stand-alone custom-built premises, with more than 140 spaces for children aged from nursery to kindergarten.
Kallo Shopping Centre is owned and will be developed by Oreana Property Group, a privately owned Australian property development company.
