THE Seymour Football Netball Club (SFNC) has secured significant new support, with Kilmore Ford and Seymour Toyota, both part of the Dove Automotive Group, joining the generous group of local businesses that are major sponsors of the Seymour Lions.
Kilmore Ford will take on naming rights sponsorship of the Seymour Lions reserves football team, fresh off their premiership-winning 2025 campaign, while Seymour Toyota will feature prominently on the club’s senior playing jumpers.
SFNC president Peter Elliott said the partnership was a major win for the club and the broader Seymour community.
“We’re incredibly proud to welcome Kilmore Ford and Seymour Toyota as major partners of the Seymour Lions,” Elliott said.
“Having Kilmore Ford as naming rights sponsor of our reigning premier reserves side is a huge boost. The Reserves program is vital to the strength and future of our senior team, and this level of support ensures we can continue to build on that success.”
Elliott said Seymour Toyota’s presence on the senior jumpers further reinforced the strength of the partnership.
“To have Seymour Toyota on our senior jumpers is something the whole club is excited about. It shows real confidence in what we’re building here at Seymour,” he said.
“Dove Automotive has a strong reputation across the region, and it means a lot to have businesses of that calibre backing our players, volunteers and members.”
Dove Automotive Dealer Principal Adam Dove said the group was proud to support a club with such strong community ties and on-field success.
“The Seymour Lions are coming off a fantastic year, and we’re thrilled to support the club as they build on that momentum,” Dove said.
“As a local business, this partnership is a natural fit for us. We see firsthand the important role clubs like Seymour play in bringing communities together, creating connections, and supporting local families, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.”
The new sponsorship will be visible throughout the 2026 season across team apparel, match days and club communications.
