ON the weekend the Kilmore Bowls Club held their annual open day for the upcoming bowls season on their newly laid synthetic green.
Life members Anne Jarrett rolled the first jack and Warren Coyle rolled the first bowl for the season.
The day was an overall success, and the club is looking forward to competing in the finals with a newly appointed coach and they also welcome many new members.

The Kilmore Bowls club is in a real buzz at the moment.
Community members who want to give bowls a try please and have some fun are welcome to come down the club at 10 Sydney Street in Kilmore and the first year’s membership is free.
