Left hander Dylan Caruana faced Scott O’Donnell and Bryan Vance for most of his innings and accumulated 23 runs. Diggers Captain Rhys Berry put on a solid 56 runs off 101 balls.
The Diggers are all out, 10/241, having scored the highest runs of the first round.
Eastern Hill played East Sunbury at Kings Park in Seymour, and winning the toss, their batters Benjamin Bryant and Ollie Bryant each made 39.

This weekend, Daniel O’Sullivan and Fraser Lewis will finish their innings and hope to increase Eastern Hill’s lead, 9/204.
In Eynesbury’s last game before semi-finals, they travelled to play Aintree.

In round 14 of the Kookaburra Women’s League on Sunday, Kilmore had their season’s first victory.
Playing at home against Lancefield Yellow, Kilmore won the toss and elected to field first.
Gemma Murphy made 30, and all told the weary travellers finished 7/92.
Taylah Logie played at the top of the order, scoring 40 before Brooke Jeffery got her eye in and bowled her out.
It was Dianna Cachia’s day, issuing the Tiger’s captain with a duck for LBW before later making 21 runs for the Blues.

Kilmore’s 4/93 victory coincided with their first Pink Stumps Day fundraiser.
The event, auspiced by the McGrath Foundation, raised $1000 for cancer patients in communities across Australia to access free clinical, psychosocial, and emotional support.
Wallan’s game saw the side field first, keeping a strong Darley side’s runs contained. Batting best for Darley was Kim Bessell on 26.
A partnership between Megan Farrell and Kia Montgomery made 92 runs for the Pies early in the day.
