Kilmore Golf Club is hosting its second Try Golf Day this Sunday, November 10, with the event open to all adults, children, and families.
With no cost involved, the concept is to give golf a try, with members on each of the five holes ready to assist those in need.
The club can lend golf clubs if participants require them, but they must be registered at the Golf Shop by 10am for a 10.30am start.
The Practice Facilities —putting green, practice fairway, and practice nets—will be open for participants to have a warm-up. There will be members on hand to give help when needed.
After the five holes at the club’s new Short Course, participants can head to the clubhouse for a BBQ sausage. Drinks will also be available at member prices.
There will be a chance after the event to consider further participation—whether it be lessons, green fee discounts, a social pass, or membership deals. These offers will only be available on the day.
