Graychon Property Management was awarded two prestigious business awards at an event held at The Star Grand Hotel last month, the Australian Women’s Small Business (AWSB) Champion Award, and the Australian Trades Small Business (ATSB) Champion Award.
The awards are created to shine a light on the rising economic, cultural, and social contributions female-led businesses make to rural and regional areas, and the awards night is a celebration of the entrant’s dedication and commitment to their industry.
Manager of the AWSB Champion Award Steve Loe said Graychon Property Management is now among a highly esteemed group of recognised business champions.
“Being selected as a Champion of this major program from a nationwide entrant pool speaks volumes of the tenacity and leadership at Graychon Property Management,” he said.
“The Awards honour the nation’s most exceptional female leaders today who are making an indelible mark on the small business sector.”
Graychon Property Management is based in Mitchell Shire, and Founder and Director of Graychon Property Management Chontel Stephenson thanked the Council for their continued support, as well as the judges and sponsors of the award.
“This is 10 years of dedication, resilience, sacrifice, and hard work being recognised nationally. I am so humbled … thank you to everyone involved,” she said.
“These awards are not just a testament to what we’ve achieved, but a reminder of the incredible future ahead as we keep raising the bar in the cleaning industry.
“It’s our mission, vision, and core values that truly set us apart. As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of work-life balance and caring for our team members. Our focus remains on delivering client-focused, quality-assured services while fostering a supportive and empowering environment for our team.”
On the ATSB Champion Award, which attracts over 50 trade categories in retail, services, and manufacturing industries, Graychon Property Management scored the highest in the Residential Cleaning category.
