Romsey parents are welcome to socialise with their babies and young children at Parent-Child Mother Goose every Wednesday.

Delivered by Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health, the weekly sessions offer literacy development and socialisation between parents and their children through songs, stories, and rhymes.

The purpose of the sessions is helping the bond between the parent and child without the distractions of recorded music, musical instruments, or props, so skills learned by the babies can be applied in any situation.

As well as increasing babies’ skills and confidence, the program allows parents to connect with other families in the community to share their parenting challenges and strategies.

Mother Goose Romsey is on every Wednesday afternoon during school term.
