WHITTLESEA-Kinglake Road has been reduced to one lane of traffic in two locations between Kinglake and Kinglake West while the City of Whittlesea undertakes essential resealing works in the area.
Work has begun and is taking place daily between 6am and 6pm until Friday, January 28.
Eastbound and westbound traffic are sharing a single open lane from Glenburn Road to Blackwood Lane in Kinglake and Edenvale Crescent to Peregrine Drive in Kinglake West under the direction of traffic management.
Motorists should allow up to 10 minutes extra for their journey. Council officials thanked road users displaying patience and driving safely.
