Police are investigating the circumstances of a fatal collision at Sugarloaf Creek, west of Tallarook, this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the two-car collision at the intersection of Sugarloaf Creek Road and Seymour-Pyalong Road about 4.20pm.
The driver of one of the cars, believed to be a man in his 50s, died at the scene.

The other driver, a woman in her 20s, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined and investigations are ongoing.
