STRONG community and political pressure has forced the State Government to release the number of COVID-19 cases in each postcode.
Member for Euroa Steph Ryan and fellow Nationals MPs, along with Mitchell Shire Council, were among many to call for specific postcode data when Mitchell Shire and metropolitan Melbourne were put into stage three restrictions on July 9.
In the Mitchell Shire, there are 10 active cases in the postcode of 3756 which is Wallan, Hidden Valley, Darraweit Guim and Chintin; 3764, Kilmore and surrounds, 4; Beveridge 4; 3758, Wandong and Heathcote Junction, 2; 3658, Broadford and surrounds, 1; Tallarook 1.
Pyalong, Seymour, Puckapunyal and Tooborac currently have no active cases.
In the Macedon Ranges: 3437 Gisborne, Gisborne South and Bullengarook, 5; 3442, Woodend and surrounds, 2; Monegeeta 2; 3424 Romsey and surrounding districts 2; 3435 Lancefield and surrounds 2; Riddells Creek 2; 3444 Kyneton and surrounds, 1.
In the City of Whittlesea: Epping 146; Thomastown 60; Wollert 48; Lalor 45; South Morang 44; Doreen and Mernda 39; Mill Park 30; 3757, Whittlesea and surrounds, 3.
Postcode 3064, which includes Craigieburn, Roxburgh Park, Donnybrook, Kalkallo and Mickleham, is the second-highest in the state with 286 active cases.

Darraweit Guim is in the Macedon Ranges, not MITCHELL shire, so is Chintin.
