PIGEON Racing took to Coombah in New South Wales this week, with a 600 kilometre fly with 46 participants and 700 birds.

A north-north-easterly wind was on display, with the local flyers flying back into a strong breeze.

However, the Wallan Kilmore Homing Club performed well, with Jerzy Gregorzek finishing 24th, Cavanagh and Anderson 37th and Charlie Grech 40th.

Only a minute separated the top three, with the Cup Syndicate winning from Mark Cavanagh and Thomas Punzalan.
