Trees planted, washed away

Well done Mitchell Shire Council (MSC) for recently planting hundreds of scrubs and trees at the Kilmore Creek at Andrew Street, after removing many non native species.

But did you get a permit to ensure the vegetation planted wouldn’t be washed away during periods of high rainfall? Because that’s what has just has happened this week!

I hear it can take well over 12 months for the MSC to issues business and building permits. Who approved this planting?

The recent rains have wiped out many newly staked plants. What a waste of our rates money.

Not a happy man

Trying to get a tradesman who says he is going to do a job for you in Seymour is like trying to win Tattslotto.

I have had a gutful of duds promising one thing and meaning another, it’s business before pleasure.

Apparently football is more important than the promises made to paying ratepayers. Not impressed at all.
