HAVING just notched up its first 12 months as an organisation, Wallan Probus is looking for more members to grow the club.
Wallan Probus has already attracted 40 members, meeting at Hogan’s Hotel on the second Wednesday of every month at 10.30am. All members are semi- or fully-retired.
The club has had an influx of activities over the past few months, which includes a walking group, bus trips, mystery trips, guest speakers, coffee mornings on Fridays, movie days and variety shows.
There are also opportunities to attend morning melodies in both Whittlesea and Craigieburn.
The club says future trips will take in horse racing at Trackside, Werribee Mansion, the MCG Sports Museum, Fire Museum, Werribee Zoo and the Silo Trail tour.
