SEYMOUR District Darts Association teams played on Monday February 9 across three venues for round 2.

In its infancy, division one, BadAss defeated the Kings 9-2 at Broadford Golf Club. A highlight was Gary Powers high score of 140.

Powers has been playing for 43 years. He rejoined the association, sending missiles for the Kings team in 2017.

On his high score he said: “I’d have rather the 180, my darts bounced out.”

The arrows flew as Anthony Wallis also scored 140, along with Kings player Terran Crispin.

At the Prince of Wales in Seymour, the Phil Ins defeated the Taipans by nine legs, 10-1. Zane Kilroy played a high score of 140.

The Golf Club Aces defeated the Tigers at the Royal Oak Hotel in Kilmore by seven legs, 9-2.

An exciting high check out from Mark Jones (8) and Seth Kilroy’s high score of 140 helped get the team secure their first win.

The ladder leaders are team BadAss, Phil Ins and Kings. While, Golf Club Aces, Taipans and Tigers finished in the bottom three positions, respectively.

In division two, the opening rounds winners Bushrangers and Dart Diva’s played off at the Dave Cave.

Bushrangers, Dave McGrath’s scored the rounds high checkout (86) and helped his team to a five-point victory over Dart Diva’s, 8-3.

The Royal Rascals won their first game when they defeated the Eazy Beatz at Kilroy Bar 6-2.

A highlight included Eazy Beatz’ Daniel Chandler’s high score of 174.

Dart Vaders had a bye and along with the Eazy Beatz they are yet to win a game.

Division two ladder features the Bushrangers on top; Dart Diva’s are second, The Royal Rascals are third, and Dart Vaders are fourth.

The Dart Divas have a bye for round three.
