GET ready for an unforgettable evening of live classical music in the City of Whittlesea with some of the most talented local classical musicians in the spotlight for one night only.
Crescendo is part of the 2025 Plenty Ranges Arts and Convention Centre (PRACC) Performance Season and also the first classical music concert of its kind at PRACC.
City of Whittlesea Mayor, Councillor Martin Taylor said Crescendo promises to be a new and exciting cultural offering for our community.
“Crescendo is a celebration of the incredible local talent we have here in the City of Whittlesea,” he said.
“As the first classical concert of its kind…it paves the way for even more diverse and enriching performances for our community to enjoy.
“I encourage everyone to come along and be moved by the incredible talent on display.”
The concert features 11 beautifully curated performances, including soloists, duos, and chamber ensembles each presenting a variety of instruments and styles.
Crescendo audiences will be treated to performances by flautist Livia Judge, pianist Jon Mouskis-Morrison, the French horn quartet Horns of Plenty, and violinists Najia and Naamah Hanna, along with many more outstanding local artists.
The performance will be held on Wednesday, August 20, at 7pm, at PRACC, 35 Ferres Boulevard in South Morang.
Tickets are available to purchase on the night for $15 each or $10 for a concession card holder—the box office will open at 6pm.
Alternatively, tickets are available to purchase online, and there is a $2 booking fee, visit pracc.com.au.
