The South West Goulburn Landcare Network is hosting a presentation to help farmers to prepare and protect their crops from climate change.
The evening event will include a visit from Agriculture Victoria’s Seasonal Risk Agronomist Dale Grey, who will share an understanding of how seasonal climate forecasts impact crop farming.
Mr Grey has worked with Agriculture Victoria for 24 years, and is based in the regional Victorian Bendigo Branch. Until recently, he was the producer of a newsletter that assisted Victorian farmers to make better use of seasonal climate forecasts, and now produces The Very Fast Break, a version of the newsletter which is available to stream for free on Youtube.

The presentation will be held on Monday, November, 11 at the Golden Reign room at Kilmore Trackside, starting at 7.15pm. The presentation will start at 7.30pm, and tea and coffee will be provided.
