The unbeaten Kilmore tasted their first defeat at the weekend, finding their opposition too strong with Diggers Rest playing gun Fitzroy bowler Brad Janner who showed just why he is an elite bowler.
Diggers Rest lead from start to finish with the game finally finishing just after 6pm as the Spargo Noonan duo had killed over 12 ends for the day, but still Diggers had all the answers to run out winners.
