WALLAN athlete Mitchel Langborne has been selected to represent Australia for the Under 20s European Tour following a run of solid performances in the last few weeks.
The European Tour will see Langborne compete in the 800-metre event in Chelmsford, England from June 17-18 before attending the Mannheim International Gala in Germany on June 24 and 25.
The 18-year-old last week competed in the Easter Monday Stawell Gift where he won the 1600m Herb Hedemann Invitation Handicap with a time of four minutes and three seconds.

He also took part in the Australian National Championships in Brisbane in late March, scoring a silver medal in the 800m event and a bronze medal in the 4x400m relay in the under 20s category.
