Ray White Rural Victoria has launched a new duo, ‘Team Woodley Saba’, to service demand across the Mitchell Shire.
As interest rates continue to rise, many Melbournians are seeking to reduce their mortgages by moving from city suburbs and transferring to regional real estate.
Mitchell Shire and in particular, Kilmore, being in close proximity to the Hume Freeway and a rail link to Melbourne, is well positioned to take advantage of the city exodus.
With buyer enquiry for residential, country lifestyle and hobby farm property on the rise within the region, Ray White Rural Victoria has recruited Ursula Saba to join Brendan Woodley in servicing the demand.
Ray White Rural Victoria director Jason Hellyer said he was ‘absolutely thrilled’ to have Ms Saba join the team to help service both vendors and buyers across Kilmore, Wallan, Broadford and the greater Mitchell Shire.
“I don’t think I’ve ever met a real estate agent as tenacious as Ursula,” he said.
“Ursula has been living with her family on acreage in the Kilmore region for some time now.
“Ursula is well established in the community, knows the area well and in conjunction with Brendan Woodley, who’s been a terrific member of our group for several years, will form a formidable real estate team.”
Mr Hellyer said the median house price in Kilmore as of 2022 was about $600,000, compared to Melbourne’s December quarter median house price of $1,032,903.
“Why wouldn’t you consider moving to Kilmore or the Mitchell Shire? It’ll literally save you thousands,” he said.
