Burglaries
Two unknown offenders broke into a chemist in Sydney Street, Kilmore, at about 4am on December 6.
The offenders gained access into the chemist through a rear sky light, and are believed to have taken some pain medication before being scared off by an internal alarm.
On December 9 at about 6.30am, two unknown offenders attended a farm on Malones Road, Nulla Vale, gaining entry into two sheds by using an axe and jemmy bar to break a padlock.
Criminal damage
Between 5.30pm on December 9 and 9am on December 10, offenders slashed a tyre on a white Toyota parked on Station Street Seymour, causing damage to the value of $600.
Unknown offenders attended a property on Stockdale Road, Wallan, on December 5, breaking in and damaging the front gate, causing damage valued at about $200.
A property under construction in Lucca Way, Wallan, was also subject to criminal damage between 6pm on December 3 and 11am on December 5.
The offender used an unknown object to break a glass window and glass sliding door.
Freeway fire
A car travelling southbound on the Hume Freeway caught fire at about 10.45am on December 9.
Emergency services attended following a call made to triple zero.
There were no injuries to anyone involved and the fire was successfully put out by CFA.
Theft
Between 2pm on December 6 and 7.15am on December 7, unknown offenders attended a vacant lot on Fountain Drive, Beveridge, and stole equipment including mesh reinforcement for concrete and accessories.
A silver Nissan Pathfinder was stolen from Station Street, Wallan, between 6.30pm on December 5 and 5.30am on December 6.
