KILMORE Golf Club is offering a discount on full 12-month memberships, encouraging new members to become involved with golf.
A 33 per cent discount applies to adult, young adult and junior memberships and is valid for the first 12 months from the date of joining the club.
Players of all abilities are welcome to join the club, ranging from experienced competitive golfers to social players with other commitments, as well as people completely new to the sport.
New members will receive full playing rights on any day, two complimentary lessons with professional Nathan Roberts and six guest vouchers.
The club hopes to encourage people new to golf, as well as people new to the Kilmore area and social golfers who have played in the area to join the club and become involved with the sport and community.
“This is a terrific opportunity,” club president Bea Lay said.
“Not only will new members receive a fantastic discount on their first 12 months of membership, but they will enjoy full playing rights, any day of the week, ensuring these new members can participate in club competitions and eventually obtain a handicap.”
Membership prices under the offer are $400 for a full adult membership; $220 for young adults – people aged 18 to 24 years; and $40 for juniors – under 18 years.
