Kilmore’s Enchanted Crystal Company will host a series of school holiday workshops aimed at giving children of all ages a creative outlet and teaching them self-soothing techniques.

Ms Groves said it was the first time she had run workshops for the community.
“It’s nice to have something for the kids. My son has ADHD and I’ve noticed the schools don’t often know how to handle that,” she said.
“Nobody is really teaching the kids how to self-regulate, and parents often struggle to get their kids into psychologists or can’t afford psychologists.
“It makes it hard, so my whole purpose with doing this is to help the kids find some sort of outlet with their stress and anxiety, and give them coping mechanisms to give parents a little bit more help.”
Numbers are limited to 15 for each session.
