AN absolute celebration of creativity—and a chance to catch up with friends and discuss favourites over a cuppa and a scone—includes a visit to the CWA Central Highlands Group Creative Arts Exhibition!
CWA members from all over the region are putting the final touches on their entries, and can’t wait to show them off to enthusiastic attendees this April 12 and 13.
The hall will be brimming with a wonderful display of art, craft, preserves, and home cooking, with homemade lunches, a cuppa, and a scone on offer in the cosy cafe area.
While you’re visiting, take the chance to stock up on bargain craft supplies at the popular craft de-stash stall, and don’t forget to take home some preserves that have been lovingly made by CWA members.
The event will be held at the Lancefield Mechanics Institute, located on 4 The Crescent, Lancefield, from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, and 10am to 3pm on Sunday, with the awards ceremony held at 11am on Saturday. Tickets are $5 for person, while kids under 16 are free.
