MITCHELL Rangers Soccer Club senior teams are back in full swing to prepare for the 2025 season, with junior teams soon to follow.
Recently signing new coaches to the senior program, the club remains committed to ensuring all players have access to an enjoyable and competitive soccer season on their state-of-the-art soccer pitch, which has been recently updated.
The senior men’s and women’s teams have seen an influx of numbers after last year’s impressive season, and is expected to grow even bigger, fostering more options between competitive teams and the welcomed addition of their over 35s master’s side with places available for all ages and interested players.
Mitchell Rangers Soccer Club Head Coach Maurice Fornaro said the club was committed to continuing a fierce yet inclusive culture at the Rangers.
“We’ve had a massive increase with players and accessible participation, and we are always looking for more,” he said.
Senior teams are also looking to bolster their squads before the 2025 season officially starts with their competitive games forthcoming.
After a great season of growth, the club’s under 16s teams are perfectly positioned to become premiers in 2025, and invite anyone interested to join in on their junior training sessions which begin January 28 and will continue every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm.
Several junior teams ranging from the ages of 8 to 16 years will also begin training over the next month, and is sure to boast impressive numbers. All boys and girls in these age groups are invited to come and join, regardless of experience.
