The Mitchell Ranges Soccer Club is preparing for an exciting new season, and in addition to welcoming Mitchell Shire Council’s new mayor, we have some exciting coaching appointments to announce.
The 2025 seniors’ men’s team will be coached by new addition Maurice Fornaro, who brings a competitive attitude and hard working spirit to the upcoming season, while the men’s reserves side will retain this season’s coaches Jason Gatt and Tommy McLoughlin. Cameron Leffley will coach the senior women’s side.
Jacob De Battista will join the coaching team as technical director, ensuring the best practices are in place for players’ pathways and transitions.
Mitchell Shire Council Mayor John Dougall revisited the club since he campaigned for a seat in the north ward, and said the club boasted a wonderful community.
Both the senior men’s and women’s teams have commenced their pre-season training with multiple sides offered.
