Applications are open for the 2024 Australia New Zealand (ANZ) Seeds of Renewal program, with grants of up to $15,000 available for not-for-profit organisations and community groups in remote, rural, and regional Australia.
The program is designed to help build vibrant and sustainable rural communities, to ensure the ongoing prosperity of Australia.
Community groups in such locations can apply to fund projects aligned with environmental sustainability, financial wellbeing, housing access, and local community assistance.
The grants are made possible thanks to a partnership between ANZ and the Foundation for Rural Regional Renewal (FRRR).
Last year, they provided grants to 20 community groups for projects including increasing rainforest regeneration, restoring indigenous plants, enhancing local housing and employment opportunities, and improving financial literacy and money management skills against digital fraud.
