A mobile Service Centre will be coming to Wallan, Whittlesea, and Kinglake soon, to provide rural residents with information about Australian Government payments and services.
Offering a wide range of services to meet the needs of rural and regional communities, the centre can help with new claims for most Centrelink payments, updating information in records, confirming documents and support information, using online accounts, Express Plus mobile apps, and other related items.
Information about the Department of Veterans’ Affairs’ programs and support services for veterans and their families will also be available.
Staff can also help with creating a myGov account for Victorians to access government services online.
The Wallan mobile service will be open from 9am to 4pm on July 2, near the Multi-Purpose Centre, Bentinck Street, Wallan.
The Whittlesea mobile service will take place the next day on July 3, from 9am to 4pm, opposite Whittlesea Secondary College on Forest Street.
The Kinglake mobile service will take place on July 8, from 9.30am to 4pm, near the Kinglake Hotel on Aitken Crescent.
