A free introductory Bollywood dance class will be taking place in Wallan next Tuesday as part of Harmony Week.

Hosted by Nexus Primary Health in partnership with Studio J, the aim of the class is to promote cultural exchange and physical activity.

A professional Bollywood dance instructor will lead the class to teach basic steps and routines, with the class to be free and open to people of all abilities and fitness levels.

The class will begin at 10am on March 19 at the Wallan Multi-purpose Community Centre at 42 Bentinck Street.

Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and supportive runners or bare feet, as well as bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
