Round eight saw Kilmore Division One play away for the Battle of the Mitchell Shire on Friday night at Broadford.
The game was in the home side’s hands early on, but soon Kilmore flipped the switch to get two rinks up and have a massive win overall to now be in the top four. Unfortunately, Broadford remains winless for the season so far.
Luke Spargo’s rink lost in a tight contest by one shot, Shane Fitzgerald’s rink got the points while Daniel Noonan’s team lead from start to finish, winning by a huge 25 shot margin.

Next week, Kilmore Division One will play Romsey at home.
In Division two, Kilmore had a bye.
Division Three played Mt Cottrell at home and had a win to remain in the top four.
