75 Jordan Street, Seymour

by Denisse Grech

I AM going to write this a bit differently to other real estate ads as this home is something unique and out of the box.

As I walked through the front gate, a feeling of peace comes over me. I look at the established gardens and breathe in the fresh air with a smattering of eucalyptus tickling my nose. I open the grand front doors and am amazed at what this home has to offer.

A fantastic kitchen with updated modern appliances makes me green with envy! Loads of drawers, cupboards and great bench space. I love to cook and would be as happy as can be in this kitchen. Even doing the dishes would not be a hardship whilst looking at the views.

The lounge area makes for cosy entertaining and a retreat to the end of the day activities. Solid fuel heating gives this area an ambience that most homes miss out on. I can imagine sitting here, glass of port and a cheese platter and just gaze out of the huge windows.

The family room has built in shelving, wall to wall carpet and makes an ideal second living area. Formal dining area with a touch of class that can be dressed up or down, depending on your company for a night of dining.

Let’s go up stairs and check out what we find. Fourth bedroom that would make a perfect home office. Powder room with a storage area – never enough storage is my motto! Main bathroom that is light filled and airy. The second and third bedrooms are amazing in size and each has built in robes. Plenty of room if you need children to share, or a resort like feel for guests. More storage cupboards in the foyer – awesome!

The master bedroom gives a zen like quality and I can see myself living here. Large windows frame a picture postcard view and as I open what I think is a built in robe, my jaw drops to the floor as I take in a huge walk in robe with enough shoe storage to suit even Imelda! (and me).

Even the large laundry has built in storage and great folding bench space.

Outside is a paved entertaining area, single garage and ample car parking areas. As I walk to the rear of the block, I spot a secret under house door and lo and behold, another toilet! Great when you are working outside and nature calls.

Architects can design your dreams. Only nature could design these views.

Four bedrooms: BONUS!
Two bath, 3 toilet: WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT?
Peaceful living: AMAZING!
Views that go forever: PRICELESS!!
